I was never impressed with the saturated fat-cholesterol theory of causation for heart disease. It did not make sense to me that diet constituents that were present in our diet for over 10,000 years would all of a sudden cause fatal disease in humans.
Please take control of your heart health by reading each of these. I have listed them according to priority based on customers questions regarding my statement that "our full fat milk and full fat cheese and cultured products are the best possible dairy products for your health!"
