Windsor Dairy provides members and non-members with organic, pastured grass-fed meat from our farm and from nearby local farmers. We strive to maintain accuracy on our website pricing and availability, but please call or email the farm for the most current availability and pricing.

Grass Fed Organic Beef

Our 100% Grass-Fed, Certified Organic Beef Herd (Red Angus & Tarentaise crosses) pastures on a beautiful piece of land in Bellvue, Colorado. Their lean meat has an extremely healthy fat profile (2-6 times the Omega-3 and CLA than that of conventional beef). A tremendous demand for our ground beef leaves us with availability on many of our steaks and roasts. Check our newsletter for special pricing.

Beef Steaks - typically 2-4/pkg

  • Filet Mignon: $18.00 a pound.
  • Ribeye Steaks: $16.00 a pound.
  • NY Strip Steak: $15.00 a pound.
  • T-Bone Steak: $12.00 a pound.
  • Rib Steak (Bone-in): $12.00 a pound.
  • Sirloin Steak: $12.00 a pound.
  • Round Steak: $7.00 a pound.
  • Bottom Round Steak: $8.00 a pound.
  • Flank Steak: $12.00 a pound.

Beef Roasts - typically 6-8 lbs/pkg
